Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of new technological techniques of preserving, storage, drying and preparation of maize grain for animal feeding. The technology of damp maize grain preserving while storing big bulks of it in constructions of hangar type which include vertical potting of fodder grain by aslant located balls using polyethylene film is improved. The influence of preliminary treatment of grain by preservative on redistribution of internal water and simultaneously on acceleration of moisture return while drying is studied. It is established that the source of sugar for lactose synthesis as a limiting factor of cow milk synthesis can be starch protected from fermentation in hewing that is obtained by the technology of preserving and drying of preserved feed grain.
