Stukalo A. Prevention of endosurgical transpapillary intervention complications obtained by patients with pathology of major duodenal papilla and common bile duct.

The object - patients with pathology of major duodenal papilla and hepaticocholedocha; the purpose - improve results of treatment of patients with pathology of hepaticocholedocha and major duodenal papilla by development of the pathogenetically proved approach to the choice of method and volume of endosurgical transpapillary intervention (ETI), and also complex of the measures directed on reduction and prophylaxis of complications; methods - endoscopic, roentgenologic, sonographic, laboratory, statistical; the novelty - the factors of risk of development of complications of transpapillary interventions are first exposed; the criteria of definition of a degree of risk for the first time are established; a complex of preventive measures for the first time is developed; the medico-diagnostic program is developed at complications; is scientifically proved the differential approach to a choice of a way and volume ETI; results - is developed and the complex of preventive measures on reduction of complications ETI is introduced; is introduced - into medical practice, in educational process; field - medicine.
