Pasichnyk V. National idea in the context of Ukrainian-Russian relations.

The key-point of dissertation paper is to research the ability of Ukrainian idea to influence the development of the Ukrainian-Russian relations. Another aim is to define the role of Ukrainian national idea in the process of establishing parity relations between Ukraine and Russia and also in forming the Ukraine's intensive development strategy. The scientific research is also paying attention to the peculiarities of the Ukrainian national idea development and its distinctions in comparison with Russian national idea. Summing up results of the sociological research author defines the main problems of Ukrainian national idea realization during the post soviet period. The impact of Russian factor on the process of Ukrainian national idea realization is also among the main is sues of the dissertation research.
