Gulyaev V. The social mechanizmes of preventing and resolving the social-labour conflicts

In the dissertation on the basis theoretical-methodological approaches for study the social-labour conflicts and social mechanisms for their preventing and resolving are specified and analyzed. The concepts of social-labour conflicts and social mechanisms are analyzed. The concrete of social mechanisms of preventing and resolving the social-labour conflicts as social dialog, social partnership, social-labour politicy, the organization of hiring emplouers and employers, the social apathy, social indifference, social fatigue are analyzed. Conclusions are drawn on the basis theoretical sources, statistical data and the results of sociological researches of specific effect of the social mechanisms of preventing and resolving the social-labour conflicts in modern Ukraine, and arising in the connection problems in the social labour relations and correction of their ways.
