Kolosov R. The agreement of commission and agency in civil law

The thesis is independent complete scientific work, in which peculiarities of legal regulation of commission's agreement and agency agreement are considered. For the first time on the level of thesis the comparable - legal analysis of this equivalent agreement is conducted and their legal essence and place in the system of civil - legal agreement are established. Notions "obligation," "service," "deal" are investigated in the thesis, notions treaty of commissions and agency agreement. Their substance and structure are analyzed, questions about basic elements of these agreements and it's responsibility for non-compliance with conditions of agreement are spoken, peculiarities of halting of mentioned above treaties are considered. On the basic of studying of normative material and analysis of literary sources the results and recommendations, concerned subsequent perfection of civil economic legislation with question's of conclusion and doing of commission's treaty and agency agreement are formed. In particular the notions of agency treaty is formed, appointed the subject of commission's treaty and agency treaty. The specificity of legal regulations of these treaties is investigated and it's place in the law of Ukraine are showed.
