Serga E. Response of climate characteristics anomalies for the Ukraine in the winter to the interaction processes in the North Atlantic system "atmosphere-ocean"

The object are regional climates of Ukraine. The aim is revealing of linkages for processes of interaction between the ocean and atmosphere in the Northern Atlantic with main climatic characteristics of Ukraine. The methods of factor and cluster analysis as well as the regression analysis for the solving of combined nonlinear equations with feedbacks, the methods for the revealing of hidden periodicities by using the Fourier transform in the Gibbs window, and the Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization method are used. The physicostatistical model based on the nonlinear regression equations with feedbacks is adapted. The new technique of cluster analysis is developed. The characteristics for the responses of Ukraine climates to the processes of heat and moisture exchange in the Northern Atlantic was determined. The numerical experiments for the various states of "atmosphere-ocean" system are realized. The developed approaches and stages of physicostatistical model can be used for other seasons as well as for other geographic areas. Further improvement of model will promote to create the statistical model of long-term weather forecasting for Ukraine. The developed method of cluster analysis can be used for the data clusterization on the investigations in both various areas of expertise and educational study.
