Essay

The work extended present etiopathogenetic theories of idiopathic thoracic scoliosis formation. The relations of nervous-muscular system of cervical-thoracic and lumbar sacrum levels and scoliotic disease development was revealed. Complex clinical, electrophysiologycal investigation with correlation analysis disclosed internal and intersystem interrelations between exponents of nervous-muscular system's functional activity and cervical-thoracic and lumbar-sacral levels, autonomic homeostasis, peripheral hemodynamic and scoliosis' clinical form and severity. The most informative exponents for teenager's idiopathic thoracic scoliosis early diagnostic were developed with mathematic modeling use of clinical, anamnestic and electrophysiological researches. We determined: clinic- anamnestic factors (complicated perinatal period, dysembryogenesis stigmata presence; quick growth), electrophysiologycal factors (asymmetry of trapezium, infraspinatus and lateral femoral muscles functional abilities, increasing ofattitude of H- to M-response amplitude for gastrocnemius muscle (H/M) and it's asymmetry, increasing of peripheral vascular resistance and asymmetry of blood filling in low extremities, hypersympathycotony type of cardiac rate regulation).
