Essay

Dissertation is devoted to complex research of relations which have place in the sea agency contract. A concept, legal nature of the sea agency contract and also its place among similar civil legal contracts are defined. Legal nature and content of service of the sea agency are considered too. Special attention is paid to the clauses of the contract of the sea agency and peculiarities of its making. Legal description of parties to an analyzed contract is given.
