Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of jurisdictional administrative proceedings in the bodies and divisions of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Essence, peculiarities and structure of administrative process in the bodies of internal affairs, peculiarities of normative guaranteeing of the stated administrative and legal institution are researched.
