Essay

This work is based on data of examinations of patients with chronic ischemic heart disease (CIHD) and syndrome dislipidemia. Its aim determines of clinical change of indexes lipids profile and functional condition of endothelium at CIHD before and after hypolipidemic therapy by system enzymotherapy (SET) and simvastatin. The positive effect of SET on lipids profile and nitric oxide metabolites is shown due to long administration. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions
