Analysis of dynamics of solid-state single-mode laser is fulfilled to be stated on the algorithm of limit cycle creation. There are stated the following: models of the Q-quality modulator in form of universal deformations of "setting-up" and "swallow tail"; method of bifurcation of limit cycle creation for raising of inverse problems of laser dynamics. There are obtained: stability criteria of periodical oscillations of radiation intensity at the Hopf's bifurcation; stability intervals for pumping parameters and steady-state values of the intensity; characteristics of the gigantic impulses that take into account spontaneous radiation and quadratic loading. Instrument-making. Field of application of research - electronics.
