Rogalsky A. Improvement of process of decisions making for maintenance of effective management of the enterprises

The dissertation is dedicated to the working out of the theoretical principles and practical recommendations about the creation of the mechanism of managing decisions preparing and making directed on the raising the effectiveness of enterprises functioning and providing its stable development. The innovation model of changes in the process of enterprise functioning as an organization development with the elements of reengineering is offered; comparative evaluation of different methods of changes administration is made. Comparing evaluation of different methods of changes administration is given. The model of forecasting the enterprises state is created. That allows to make the decisions about forming own actives, their rational structure and correcting the strategy of enterprise development. In the research method of diagnostics of financial activity parameters is improved. The model of forecasting the enterprises state is offered, the expedience of applying the system of administration of enterprisesfunctioning with the use of DMSS and models of decision making support. The integral parameter which uses the additive function and allows comparing the level of development of different enterprises of the branch for evaluation of enterprises state is offered. The method of experts' selection is precised and the algorithm of choosing the most eligible model for the enterprises state forecasting is worked out.
