Essay

The process of creating mixtures from the solid carbonaceous industrial and municipal wastes with the given properties for the further thermolysing processing in the chamber oven is worked out. The influence of moisture, the acid resin, the heating, the compressing stages, and also the mixture resilient component of wastes mixture on the compacting process is experimentally defined. For the first time the solid fuel from the coal treated slims mixture and solid municipal wastes is obtained and his physical-mechanical and physical-chemical properties are defined. Effect of the moisture and pressure of waste compacting on the fuel strength and durability is established. The mathematical model “composition ? property” is developed and influence of composition of the waste mixture on the strength and physical-mechanical characteristics of the obtained fuel is defined. The possibilities of the technogenic support of the waste thermolysis relatively to the dioxin forming are shown. The technological scheme of the compounding with three-stage waste compacting is worked out and the recommendations about the equipment selection for its realization are given.
