Thesis is devoted to the problems of energy consumption level. The offered organizational economic mechanism makes possible to carry out the calculation of economically based energy consumption level for production of an product unit by the basic technologic departments and the energy consumption management with the help of equal manufacturing process reserves, to influence the depended on the reduction energy consumption level distribution of enterprise income by the integral index with account of other departments work results negative influence at the energy consumption level of a department, the activity of which is analyzed, as well as at the formation of the based energy consumption level; to distribute the energy saving measures for groups by finance sources and to choose their effective variants.
