Object of the study is economic activity large metallurgical complex to black metallurgy of the Ukraine, and in particular Donetsk Metallurgical Plant. Objective of study is development methodical approach and directions of the improvement organizational and economic mechanism restructuring large industrial complex in condition of the shaping the different property categories. Methods of research are system, statistical, economic analysis, syntheses, comparisons, grouping, expert estimation. Theoretical and practical results: methodical approaches and directions of the speedup processes of restructuring on large industrial complex, improvement organizing-economic mechanism restructuring.
