The dissertation is devoted to development of a theoretical and methodical substantiation of the analysis of factors and stimulus of energy consumption regulations of industry enterprise production. The determined economic-mathematical model of energy consumption of production is developed three-factorial multiplicate. Advantages of application of models and methods of the determined factorial analysis are proved. For the first time methodical bases of the structural analysis of a specific current consumption at the industrial enterprises are developed. Definition of concept of energetic safety and theoretical approaches to definition of criteria of energetic and national safeties of the country is advanced. Has received the further development a substantiation of expediency use of isolated calculation of influence of multiplicate factors of energy consumption of production
