Khaustov S. Pathophysiology of Thyriod Thermal Balance at the syndrome of hyper-, hypo-, euthyrosis

The work is devoted to the study of pathophysiological mechanisms of thyroid functional state formation, depending on the level of its thermal balance as well as to the development of thermodiagnostic criterions of the index to the thyroid thermal balance in norm, in hyper-, hypo- and euthyrosis. In healthy people the level of the thyroid thermal balance is formed on the single principle of, depending from the sex, age, state ovarial-menstruai function. The use of the distance radiation dynamic heatflowmetry method for the study of the thyroid thermal balance, its comparison with the results of clinical, laboratory, instrumental, pathomorphological methods of research is a new stage in the study of the thyroid functional state in norm and pathogenesis of hyper-, hypo-, euthirosis. It prossesses high diagnostic meaningfulness and testifies the possibility of utilisation in the study of thyroid functional state at the diffuse toxic goitre, chronic autoimmunic thyroidit, node euthyroid goitre.
