Thesis devoted to both atrophic and nonspecific inflammatory urogenital disorders decreasing as well as local hormone-dependent structures of the urogenital system lower part functional condition restoring of women in menopausal period using optimal schemes of the pathogenesis therapy. It was established the vaginal microbiocenosis of women in postmenopausal period correlates with its duration. While investigation of the hormonal homeostasis it was shown also that urogenital disorders in women with hyperprolactinemia developed approximately 4,2?0,5 years earlier pertaining the general female population; urogenital disorders expression has evident correlation with the hyperprolactinemia duration. We have developed and tested the method of atrophic-inflammatory urogenital disorders complex treatment of women in postmenopausal period using both locally hormone replacement therapy and probiotic. The original method of complex treatment using resulted in atrophic-inflammatory urogenital disorders cessationas well as in vaginal microbiocenosis normalization in 93,4 % pertaining with 82,5 % in case of traditional hormone replacement therapy. The named treatment decreased the risk of ascending urologic infection appearance and the menopausal women quality life improved..
