The process of the economical development of the mill industry enterprises. To develop and to realize the mechanism of the governmental influence of the processes of ensuring economical stability of the mill industry enterprises in the market condition. The Methods of the research: dialectical, abstract-logical, systematic and correlation analysis, graphical means. Scientific regulations for avoiding precrisis situations on any stage of the enterprises life cycle are substantiated basing on the mill producing specifics. Many factor models, allowing to implement the methods of financial stability control, the investment into the reconstruction and replenishment of the material-technical base and production expenses of the mill industry enterprises are development. The research results are introduced by GAK "Khleb Ukrainy", the ministry APK of the Crimea. Application sphere is the activity of Ukrainian enterprises.
