Essay

Robust design of experiment which purpose for compound technical object control tasks is considered in the thesis. Object of the work is technical objects which work under noise influence. The author worked out the robust design analysis method, which take into account dependences between characteristic’s attributes. The method for missing data filling for robust design, which allow to rise out forecasting accuracy, is considered by the author. Methods for nominal values synthesis and tolerances synthesis, based on robust experimental de-sign are worked out in the dissertation. Methods for tolerances optimization based on loss function are con-sidered in the theses. Method for risk estimation for tolerances optimization method modification is offered by the author. The author develops information tech-nologies for offline quality control. The author consid-ers the introducing of the developed in dissertation methods in practice.
