Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the study of pathogenic mechanisms of changes in functional state of stress-realizing processes in male and female rats which have undergone long-term effect of total ?-irradiation in the summarized dose of 1.0Gr before the mating and in the first generation obtained from these animals. There was investigated the state of stress-realizing processes in the pituitary, hypothalamus, adrenals and blood plasma of male and female rats under the conditions of chronic stress, as well as in the poststress period and influence of sleep depravation in rats obtained from the irradiated parents. As a result on the investigations it was established that under the condition of physiological ontogenesis the intensity of POL-AOS processes, content of adrenalin, noradrenalin, corticosteron, aldosteron, acetiylcholine and acetylcholinesterase activity in the neuroendocrine structure and blood plasma had its own characteristic peculiarities on each of its stage
