Essay

The aim of the present article is to present the results of a study made into such a scientific and pedagogical issue as the in-service training of teachers of special disciplines and practical training teachers of vocational schools in the post diploma education system.The issue is considered systematically from the point of view of its practical implementation. A basic structural and functional model of the in-service training of teachers of special disciplines and practical training teachers of vocational schools as well as its purpose, structure, a conceptual characteristic of the system and its constituents and organizational and methodological provision are presented. The results of piloting the models allow to draw a conclusion as to the increase in the quality in-service training of teachers of special disciplines and practical training teachers of vocational schools.
