Shchur I. Significance of laparoscopic operations in treatment of perforated duodenal ulcer

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of surgical treatment of perforative duodenal ulcer. On the basis of clinicо-laboratory, instrumental methods and operating data efficiency of laparoscopic sanation of abdominal cavity was appraised. In a period to 12 h after operation the results are compared with the opened method. The scheme of selection of patients for laparoscopic operation were elaborated. The indications to performed of palliative, conditional radical and radical operations, certain terms for their possible implementation were elaborated. The technique of laparoscopic interventions performation were improved. On the basis of comparative analysis of the opened and laparoscopic operations certain efficiency and significance of laparoscopic operations in complex of perforative duodenal ulcer treatment
