The thesis presents the results of application of the new methods of differential diagnostics of acute necrotic pancreatitis and edema. 311 patients were investigated: 92 with necrotic pancreatitis and 219 with edematous pancreatitis. The laser correlational spectroscopy of blood and urine of patients with necrotic and edematous pancreatitis and the classification analysis help to receive the diagnostic information. In 84-94% the laser correlational spectroscopy helps to differentiate the histograms of blood and urine of patients with necrotic and edematous pancreatitis
