Essay

The object is children with bacterial meningitis; the aim - establishment risk of development adverse consequences of purulent meningitis in children, to improve diagnostics and to develop means of the prevention of their development; methods - clinical, instrumental, statistical; novelty - the examination children after endured purulent meningitis by investigation of the brain bioelectric activity, evoked brainstem auditory and visual potentials, brain hemodynamics; the classification of consequences is offered; the factors of risk of their development are revealed; it is proved that application of instenon decreases the adverse consequences; are developed methodical references, is introduced into educational process NMU and practice children's infectious hospitals; sphere - infectious hospitals, children's polyclinics.
