Essay

The work performs a research of the functional state of the cerebral hemodynamics under different variants of the cerebral angioarchitectonics in order to make an optimum effect from pathogenetic approaches to treatment of the discirculatory encephalopathy. The proper usage of types of the cerebral arteries' delimitation is scientifically substantiated in foreseeing the development of the cerebrovascular pathologies and it is based on results of the integrated examination of 129 patients with DE and on a study of a correlation of clinical, MRT-, MRA- and USDG data. It is determined that the dichotomical type of the arterial division in the brain was the optimum one for providing an equal blood supply for various sections of the brain. The major type of the angioarchitectonics of the middle caliber is more favourable with the dichotomical type of delimitation. It is established that the frequency of changes during MRA-examination predominated over MRT-data. This confirms an appropriate integrated adoption of MRT and MRA methods under the discirculatory encephalopathy. The researches have shown that an individual selection of vasoactive mediums was more appropriate under control of an acute pharmocologic test in order to prognosticate the efficiency of the way of treatment taking into account the type of the cerebral angioarchitectonics.
