The work is dedicated to the study of bone tissue, to increasing of effectiveness of preclinic diagnostics of osteoporosis, to algorithm making of prognosing the reduction of mineral density of bone tissue and working jut the method of correction of metabolic bone changes in children with hepatobiliary pathology depending on nosology. Accjrding to the data of two-photonic densitometry in 60,3 % of children with hepatobiliary hfthology reduction of mineral density of bone tissue was established: osteoporosis - in 11,4 % osteopenia of different stages in 48,9 %. It is shown that the depth of structural-functionaldisorders in bone tissue is progressively growing with the increase of volume and depth of lesion of the hepatobiiary system. The informative criteria are distinguished concerning the forming of risk groups according to the development of osteopenic syndrome in children with hepatobiliary pathology on its nosology. The formed highly-informative algorithm of prognosing the reduction of mineral density of bone tissue allows to prognose the risk of development osteopeni syndrome with the exactness of 95 % in a concrete child or with the same exactness to obyect its appearanse. The worked out effectivemethod of correctness of the manifested metabolic disorders of the bone the preparation "Vitrum Calcium with Vitamin D" makes it possible toprevent their further progress and to improve the mineral density of the bones.
