Об'єкт дослідження - organizational, tactical and methodical regularities of investigator's criminal activity study. Мета дослідження - theoretical analysis of logical and gnosiological, methodological, organizational, legal, and criminalistic aspects of the investigator's cognitive activity, improvement of methods of criminalistic models use by investigator in the process of crime investigation. Теоретичні результати та новизна - on the basis of theoretical generalization and complex analysis of the investigator's cognitive activity the author gave new definitions to the notions of criminalistic modelling and criminalistic model. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the author's conclusions and recommendations can serve as a basis for further improvement of quality and effectiveness of pre-trial investigation bodies work.
