Essay

The object of research: the patients with chronic hepatitis B. The methods of research: general clinical tests; laboratory, immunological, serological tests It is established, that shorter period of bilirubinemia was founded in the group of the patients, who took amixin. Most of the patients had not HBsAg in blood serum at the end of treatment. Reliable decrease of concentration of MDA, DC, normal activity of AOS, restoration of concentration of G-SH were founded; they testify about considerable decrease of the cytolytic processes in hepatocytes. At the same time in the patients, who took amixin, terms of intoxication and jaundice, hepato- and splenomegaly were shorter. Shorter of the terms of clinical manifestations of the processes of LP and function of AOS was determined in the group of the payients, who took basic therapy with amixin and heptral.
