The object of research is the process of mechanisms' and functioning that stipulate for the production efficiency of the plant cultivation output in condition relations. The aim of dissertation is founding the production increasing efficiency directions of plant cultivation output in condition of innovative competitive output increasing and its export rising as the factors of productive safety and permanent development of the country's economy. Novelty - for the first time economic production efficiency of the plant cultivation output has been researched with taking into consideration the system of different types of efficiency interaction (economic, technological, social, ecological and energetic) in conditions of agrarian sector reforming and changing the forms of ownership and organizational and legal statusof business; the model of optimization of pure ecological plant cultivation output growing taking into account the priority of organic fertilizers use and system of state regulation of high quality competitive plant cultivation output production that foresees the level and outcome of different forms of state support have been further developed; the appraisal of innovative progressive technologies efficiency that takes into account natural environment parameters and agrarian cultures growing peculiarities, the level of men-caused load and material and technical security that gives the opportunity to produce pure ecological plant cultivation output and monitoring appraisal algorithm of plant cultivation output production efficiency and the system of functional management of expenses with the goal of reaching the effective business functioning has been improved.
