Artemenko O. Organizational and legal basis of government service terming by the employees of State Tax Service of Ukraine

Object - society relations which regulate the order and procedure of the state service while performing practical activity in the sphere of taxation; purpose - to define and resolve the organizational legal aspects of the state service performance by the officers of the state tax service of Ukraine and to ground scientifically the practical recommendations and proposals concerning state service mechanism improvement; methods - the theoretical and methodological basis of the research according to the purpose and formulated tasks make up the following methods: dialectical, comparative legal, system structural, quantitative, sociological as well as the system analysis method; novelty - this dissertation work is one of the first complex researches of the state tax service performance by the state tax service bodies officers;results - materials of the dissertation can be used in research, legal creative, legal activity, the educational spheres.
