In dissertation to work the development in a skin cattle of morphological structures and immuno-logical competent cells in prenatal the period ontogeny is investigated. The development of a skin cattle in prenatal the period ontogeny is characterized with 3-rd till 5-th months and с7-го till 8-th months by active processes of growth of the sizes of a skin. With 4-th till 7-th months of development in a fetal skin of the processes differentiation are marked, therefore there is a education and formation primary and secondary hair follicles, sweat and sebaceous glands, hairs. The development immunological competent cells of cattle skin in prenatal the period ontogeny develops from process them differentiation during with 3-rd till 7-th months. Before birth in a skin, the growth of quantity lymphocytes, Langerhans cells, skin mast cells and granulocytes that is those immu-nological competent cells, which prepare a skin to antigens influence. The established interrelation, between morphological and immunological formation of a skin, en-ables to believe, that the skin of cattle reaches immunomorphological maturity of maturity on 7-th month of development. In this period in a fetal cattle skin of the basic morphological structures are generated and there are all versions immunological competent cells. Considering development of a skin cattle of different breeds, is established, that more immuno-morphological by a mature newborn calf skin are characterized of red steppe breed, rather than skin - simmental and black - motley of breeds.
