Object researched: transitional processes of system and restructurization processes of management system of agrarian enterprises on macro- and micro-levels. Purpose: theoretical and practical grounding of the influence of ownership system to the agrarian enterprises management mechanism and formation of the management system of agrarian enterprises in the terms of transition of ownership relations. Methods: abstract-logical, monographic, economic statistical, calculative-constructive, mathematical modelling, sociological poll, expert estimation. Results: conception of creation of agrarian enterprises' management system based on optimization of economic interests is developed. Innovation: the model of management of agrarian enterprises based on optimization of economic interests is developed; effective economic mechanism of optimization of economic interests of subjects of reproducing process is formed; system of indicators of agrarian enterprises development is improved; forming of pricing mechanism based on optimization of economical interests of subjects of AG-industrial producing process is improved. Implementation area: enterprises of agrarian sector of economy.
