The dissertation is devoted to important medical problem: the searching of new ap-proaches to the prophylaxis of ecologically induced placental insufficiency at women who have a contact with the coke-processing plant emissions. The implementation of recommended complex of disadaptation infringements cor-rection in system mother - placenta-fetus increase the efficacy traditional prophylaxis of placental insufficiency, promote of development of compensative-adaptive mechanisms of a homeostasis of mother and perinatology protection of a fetus.
