Essay

Question of efficiency increasing of renewal reproductive function in women with PCOS after endosurgical stimulation ovulation is decided in this research. Clinical, hormonal and morphological risk factors of ineffective treatment are founded, and the scheme of infertility prognosis in patients with renewal ovulation function after endosurgical stimulation is carried out. Some pathogenic aspects of PCOS were estimated on the base of complex hormonal study, metabolic indicators, ovarian morphostructure and their multifactors correlation. Evidence based method of reproductive function rehabilitation in women with infertility caused by PCOS after endosurgical stimulation ovulation is carried out. As a result the cases of pregnancy is increased.
