Bairak M. Ethno-Konfational factor forming national political ukrainean: politological analisis.

The thesis reveals the nation of the ethno-confessional factor, studies gnosiological, socio-cultural and politological aspects of its functioning. Basing the research on the conflictological paradigm of social cognition, we have defined the peculiarities of ethno-confessional situation in Ukraine and shown its historical conditionality, geopolitical status and its influence on the formation of modern Ukrainian political nation. Grounding the research on the legal-political approach. We have analysed the legal basis for inter-church relations, characterised the state-church policy on the contemporary stage, and have determined directions of its improving. Proceeding from the way the National Church concept is riewed under monistic and pluralistic approaches, we have described 2 aspects of this institution development. We have grounded the fact that according to political pragmatics, nowadays the pluralistic conception National Church must enjoy priority in Ukraine, contemporary Ukainian National idea serving the basis for this conception.
