Subject of inquiry process of becoming and development of multistructure economy in agrarian sector of agrarian and industrial complex at a regional level. Research objective development of scientific - methodical bases and a substantiation of a complex of the organizational - economic actions directed on increase of efficiency of functioning of the enterprises small business in village. Research methods: abstract - logic, the system analysis, analytical forecasting. Theoretical and practical results have passed approbation at sessions and seminars of the main experts of the agrarian enterprises of the Nikolaev area in 2001-2004year. Scientific novelty have received the further development theoretical positions concerning essence of a category of small business in village, the forecast of social, economic and organizational forms of small business making the further development in village is made, directions are proved and calculations of creation of the enterprises of small business are made, is advanced methodical approaches to development of cooperation in small business, have received the further development of position concerning system engineering alternative manufacture for small forms of managing, features and components of the mechanism of improvement finance-credit and information-consulting maintenance of the enterprises of small business are proved. Implementation extent substantive provisions and results of work have passed approbation in performances(statements) at the international scientific - practical conferences, at regional conferences. Application field substantive provisions of dissertational research, conclusions and offers of work are used in practical activities of subjects of small business in village in the Nikolaev area.
