Chornyy S. Veterinary-sanitary examination of paste-like forages from waste products of killed animals and their influence on efficiency and quality of birds' meat.

Research object: the wastes of slaughter of animals, made from them the stern, bird and meat of bird. Research purpose: to set veterinary-sanitary examination of forage pastes from wastes of slaughter of animals and their influence on productivity and quality of meat of bird, to perfect and scientifically ground utilization of wastes of slaughter of animals by processing of them in forage pastes. Research methods: veterinary-sanitary, organoleptic, biochemical, chemical, microbiological, technological, biological and mathematical. Scientific novelty: veterinary-sanitary examination of forage pastes is conducted from wastes of slaughter of animals and their influence is studied on productivity and quality of meat of bird, is developed and it is scientifically grounded technology of utilization of wastes of slaughter of animals by processing in forage pastes. Degree of application: the given technology is used on small meat-packing enterprises and poultry farming economies of the Odessa region.
