Essay

Work is devoted to questions of prophylaxis of hemorrhagic thrombosis' complications at gynecologic operations and to improvement of prophylaxis' methods of this pathology. Dynamic changes in a system of hemostasis during operative treatment of women with an uterus myoma have been determined. The complex way of abnormality prophylaxis in the system of a hemostasis has been developed and advanced. Its application reduces the frequency of allohemotransfusions, hemorrhage while conducting operations, shortens the amount of postoperative complications and the term of patients staying in a hospital.
