Krutikova E. Clinico-pathogenetic grounding of complex therapy of endocervicosis complicated by papillomaviral infection.

It was worked the complex of staged measures directed on increasing of efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of endocervicosis. The diagnosis included identification human papillomavirus and immunohistochemical investigation cervicobioptats for determining the markers of cytooncotransformation and local cellular immunity. It was proved that ectopia prismatic epithelium is a favorable backrground for papillomaviral infection on background of which endocervicosis needs to be evaluated as precancerous condition with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and local cellular immunodeficiency. For complex treatment there were used modern immunomodulators: Neovir, Proteflazid, Viferon, which assists renovation morphological structure of epithelium of cervix uteri, shortening the terms of epithelization after destruction of pathogenical focus, lowering of the level of complications and recurrences in 3 times on average.
