Turenko Y. Differential approach to the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with extrauterine pregnancy.

The thesis is devoted to the guestions of spreading and risk factors of occurrence of ectopic pregnancy in modern conditions. In the work the comparative characteristic of various diagnostic of progressing tubal pregnancy is represented, transvaginal ultrasound examination and determination of concentration of specific hormones and proteines of prenancy appeared to be the most informative diagnostic criteria. It is established, that there is a reliable difference between the contents of these hormones and proteins at the unirine and tubal variants of fetal tgg localization that can be used with the purpose of of differential diagnosis of these conditions. On the basis of those or other diagnostic creteria presence the results of carried out alternative methods of tubal pregnancy treatment are analysed abdominal operative intervention and laparoscopy.
