3. The object of the research is of main capital use and reproduction process of production enterprises. The objective is the substantiation of proposals concerning efficiency increase of agricultural enterprises available capital and the optimization of its reproduction resources. The methods of the research are abstract and logical, statistical and economic, modeling prognostic, normative, calculated and constructive. The scientific novelty: the structure of enterprise capital, its classification, the measuring system of efficiency capital use indices has been presented. The determination of the concept "capital" and the theoretical regulation of its essence have been elaborated. The linear economic and mathematical model of agricultural production optimization, have been the direction of amortization state policy improvements have been substantiated. The results of the research are used in agricultural enterprises activity.
