Object: processes of information maintenance of marketing activity of the trade enterprises of Donetsk region. The purpose: development of the scientifically methodical and practical recommendations concerning improvement of information maintenance of marketing activity of the trade enterprises. Methods: the system and complex analysis, the analysis and synthesis, the factor analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. It is offered: a technique of an estimation of a degree of an information saturation of marketing activity of the enterprise of trade, technique of an estimation of a degree of information risk of marketing activity. Sphere of use: the trade enterprises.
