In the dissertation research new financial approach of solving the tasks of effective production plan development under the market economy on the basis of financial management has been offered. The given approach allows introduce such function of Financial manager as "Participation in the process of selecting the production plan of an enterprise", reasoning considerable product feature as accumulated marginal profit (AMP), formulation of target function of maximization AMP and restrictions to consider financial targets of an enterprise.
