Khrystova G. Legal nature of the acts of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine

Dissertation research is devoted to the legal nature of the acts of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and their place in the system of legal acts of Ukraine. The dissertation contains the comprehensive study of the theory of legal acts, author's classification of the acts of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and detailed description of their legal features. All of the elements of legal nature of each type of the Constitutional Court's of Ukraine acts (normativeness, legal force, form of the acts, sphere of action) are characterized. The possibility of the Constitutional Court's of Ukraine acts revision; the problems in application of these acts as well as the issues of juridical responsibility for their non-execution are examined. As the result of the dissertation research the conclusions and recommendations are developed in order to increase the affectivity of the Constitutional Court's of Ukraine acts and to improve the legislative regulation of different aspects of their legal nature as well asthe practice of application of these acts on the territory of Ukraine
