Essay

The object of research- is the working process of scoop small- loader with the estimation of it's work, defined the thermal mode of hydraulic traction with influence of the sun power and the warm of diesel engine on it's units. The purpose of research: The designing of expert estimation the thermal mode of hydraulic traction drive of scoop wheel loaders with side system of turn, intended for a work in a hot climate conditions with a higher sun radiation, the perfect the system of heat- changing of hydro-drive of loaders, made in Ukraine- are the purpose of research. Methods of research are grounded on mathematics modeling of the capacity of the loader hydro-drive during the fulfillment of the main operations. Differential equations of thermal balance. The expert calculations of hydraulic drive thermal mode loaders for the hot climate is grounded on the statistical data of loaders, making of the main peace firms of loaders of small-based loaders. Theoretical and practical results. There has designed the method and the program soft of the expert calculations in 96 situations of a thermal modes of the hydro-drive of small-based loaders, intended for work in a hot climate conditions of atmospheric air and intensive sun radiation, allowing to formulate the objective expert judgement on a considered loader. The means of reduction the temperature of a working liquid of hydro-drives of loaders, working in Ukraine, providing increase of their competitiveness are presented and tested. New offered. New regularities of formation of a thermal flow of a hydro-drive of small-based scoop loaders with the side system of turn during the executing of the main technological process by outing of the influence sun radiation and the worm of the diesel engine on the elements of hydrosystem with the registration motion of make-up pumps of the traction drive and pump of working equipment. For the first time, the thermal flow of a hydro-rive are defined not only power, expenditure by loader on fulfillment useful work, and power ofbraking modes of mooting of loader and its external equipment. Level of application: it is introduced in the Ministry of civil construction of Palestine (a road department), maintaining loaders in conditions of a hot climate, and also in educational.
