The complex clinico-laboratory examination of 152 patients within the age bracket from 24 till 81 years has been conducted since 1999 till 2003. Women made up 82,2 % (125 patients) and men - 17,8 % (27 patients). There were 90 patients (59,2 %) with chronic calculosis cholecystitis and 62 patients (40,8 %) with accompanying infringements of bile outflow caused by choledocholitiasis and (or) cicatricial stenoses of a big duodental dummy. The complex estimation of features of occurrence and development of inflammatory diseases of bilious ways and postoperative purulent-septic complications was carried out on the basis of studying interrelation between microbic landscape of bile, a bilious bubble concrements and quantitative as well as qualitative structure of intestine microflora in patients with chronic calculosis cholecystitis. The purpose of clinico-immunological substantiation and elaboration of a new strategy to fight infection in gepatobiliaris surgery which would include decontaminationof the pathological area from pathogenic bacteria with the help of antimicrobic medicines with the subsequent replacement of removed pathogenic microflorae for bacteria from bacterial medicines has been carried out. Thus, this research and clinico-laboratory examination have provedthe effective opportunity of natural resistency increase and faster improvement of the general condition of patients with inflammatory disease of biliaris systems and real downturn of number of purulent-septic complications after operations on bilious channels due to the use of antibiotics simultaneously with eubiotics and probiotics.
