For the first time in Ukraine methodology of the Sentinel Surveillance Control was aprobated as new modern system of HIV-infection epidemiological surveillance. This system allows to detect epidemiological process development tendencies in risk groups, to estimate real epidemiological situation and to predict its development either on separate territories or in genera in the country. HIV spread in some groups of population was studied and its epidemiological meaning was detected. There was grounded the necessity of patients with tuberculosis and pneumonia groups inclusion into the amount of persons, who have to obligatory tested for HIV
