Material and goods flows management processes at the enterprise. Theoretical substantiation and development of the methodical and practical bases of creating distributive logistic systems at the enterprises. Monitoring, comparison, analysis and generalization of the empirical data; the methods of economic analysis; the methods of graph theory, logistics and operations research; economic and mathematical simulation. There had been concretized the meaning of the definition "logistics"; specified and completed the classification of logistic channels and chains; there had been developed the methods for evaluation of the participants of distribution channels and system of logistics' costs distribution. There had been formed the complex of factors for estimation activity of the participants of logistics channels; developed the methodical bases and the algorithm for creation of the logistic systems; there had been suggested the mathematical model of goods distribution, taking into account consumer's and producer's risks. There had been introduced the methods for evaluation of the participants of distribution channels as well as functional costs sharing in the channels; the model for choosing the consumer and goods distribution.
