Essay

Spatially inhomogeneous structures on the basis of quasimonocrystalline YBCO thin-films was investigated under an effect of a transport current and microwave radiation. It was founded the subharmonic structure and anisotropy of YBCO energy-gap, and also singularity in an energy spectrum at small voltages in wide microbridges. The interaction of microbridges with a microwave electromagnetic radiation was investigated and the stimulation effect of critical and superconducting currents was founded. It was showed, that the electrophysical performances of HTS narrow-films in microwave differ from performances of wide-films. YBCO narrow-films in microstrip resonators was investigated. The hybrid integrated bandpass filter was generated on the basis of YBCO films on sapphire (passbandwidth Df " 4,5% f0, center frequency f0 ~ 1700 МГц).
